In our book "The History of E-Learning" / "E-Learning During the Pandemic," conversations with various experts explore the changes the pandemic brought to the use of e-learning methods. Different scenarios are presented and analysed by professionals, with one of the central topics being to what extent these changes will be lasting.
In some cases, the training landscape was completely transformed. One interviewee mentioned that before the pandemic, their company had 90% in-person training and 10% e-learning, and now it is exactly the opposite: 90% e-learning and 10% in-person. The book is particularly valuable because it describes a wide range of companies and use cases.
