We are experiencing the spread of e-learning in the middle class. The requirement of medium-sized companies is that the partner covers the topic comprehensively and is familiar with the conditions of the medium-sized companies. Medium-sized companies often have requirements that the large industry has less: they expect to develop or use technologies that they can use themselves, they expect to build long-term and intensive partnerships that do not depend on new tenders, and they expect providers who have a wider range of services, since they prefer to work with fewer providers than to tender everything in small portions. Also this year the WirtschaftsWoche devoted itself again in detail with the ranking "Best SME service provider 2020" to the topic "service quality in the middle class". In this context, we were honored in the "E-Learning" sector as a TOP medium-sized service provider! There are few awards that make us so happy as this one! The survey is really completely independent and it shows us that we are on the right track and that our many medium-sized service providers appreciate this!
In 2019, the Comenius EduMedia seals and medals were awarded for the 24th time. FKC won two medals: For the SmartLearning that Miele & Cie. KG utilized, which continues the trend towards intuitive user interfaces on all mobile devices, as well as for the “Ethics in Reseach” E-learning program for the Paul Scherer Institute. The challenging topic of how to impart basic knowledge concerning research integrity was dealt with in a practical way in a three-part blended learning course. In addition, FKC won 13 seals in a wide variety of categories for the first time, once again showing the variety of topics the company covers. Through the Comenius EduMedia Award, the Society for Pedagogy, Information and Media e. V. (GPI) has been selecting and distinguishing outstanding digital educational media for work, training, school, culture and leisure since 1995. Digital educational media from over 200 manufacturers, publishers, projects and authors were subjected to a manufacturer-independent quality check. The jury was made up of scientists, specialist and educational practitioners from six European countries.
At the eLearningCHECK in 2018, FKC took the first two places: 1st place in the "Individual Content Creation" category and 2nd place in the "Mobile Learning" category. FKC displayed its priorities in both categories: It is our concern to specifically address the individual needs of the learner, and at the same time consider the entrepreneurial objectives. The combination of didactic-pedagogical competence together with competent implementation creates quality. Each of our products is unique and tailored to our customers in every detail. Today, the use of mobile devices in everyday work offers new opportunities for training and further education. The 1:1 transfer of E-learning content is often in the foreground, rather than the question: “Is the content also appropriate and suitably prepared for learning on the side?” Here we find technical and methodical-didactic solutions, because effectiveness and acceptance by the learner are decisive criteria for success.
